Lemon is proving to me to be an epitome example of one of the most perfect summer scents. Fresh, cooling, zesty, sprightly and zingy…a plethora of whimsical qualities encased within.
It’s had me daydreaming about Limoncello (an Italian liqueur with a smooth, sweet and sour intense lemon flavor), lemon blossoms, homemade ginger & lemon syrup + fresh mint lemonade and a secret romanticism of the Amalfi Coast of Italy where some of the most delicious lemons grow.
All this evoked by the humble lemon.
